Please join us for a fascinating and informative presentation anddiscussion.

This event will feature JEREMY TOPIN, M.D., a famous Chicago-areaphysician who writes extensively on end-of-life issues; EILEENCONSIDINE-BOGGINS, from the prominent Chicago-area hospice andpalliative care institution JourneyCare, and AMY SHERMAN, Regional Campaign Manager for Compassion & Choices.

It’s all about having a peaceful death, a death in which suffering isminimized, a death which is truly compassionate.  Ms. Considine-Bogginswill discuss palliative care and hospice, and Ms. Sherman will talkabout medical aid in dying. Dr. Topin will bring it all together,speaking about his experiences as a physician in end of life situationswith patients and family members.
